To support the shop manager in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring income targets are met in line with our organisational objectives.
The Assistant shop manager will motivate and support the management of a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.
