General Manager​/Sales Manager

Specialist Recruiters for the Hire industry has a fantastic new opportunity for a Sales focused Depot Manager to develop the East Midlands area for our client, an independent hire specialising in Welfare, Events and Accommodation.

The Depot Manager will be responsible for generating new business in the area and opening a new depot in the East Midlands – potentially Peterborough, Leicester or Derby. The role involves day‑to‑day running of the depot and yard, managing staff, controlling budgets, ensuring health & safety compliance, and consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Must have previous operations management and sales experience within the Hire Industry, preferably in the welfare/accommodation sector, and a proven ability to handle depot and yard operations.
