Children’s Home Manager – Leicester
Full‑time, permanent role with salary up to £70,000 (including up to £60,000 base plus bonuses and a £7,500 starting bonus).
Responsibilities- Registered Manager – responsible for the safe and effective management of a children’s home.
- Support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and challenging behaviours.
- Work with the Regional Inspectorate to maintain compliance with OFSTED and company standards.
- Manage, recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure child‑focused support and positive outcomes.
- Address safeguarding concerns and manage the home’s budget.
- Ensure the service, rated Good by OFSTED, operates effectively within Leicester.
- Level5 in leadership and management.
- Level3 in children and young people.
- Valid driving licence.
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience.
Up to £60,000 base salary, plus bonuses and a £7,500 starting bonus.
