Leicester College seeks an experienced Programme Area Manager for the 16-18 ESOL EYP programme. You will lead a team of delivery staff, shape curriculum plans, timetables, safeguarding, and quality assurance to ensure outstanding learner experiences and progression.
Working with local authorities, community organisations, employers and awarding bodies, you will drive partnerships, increase learner outcomes and foster innovation across the ESOL provision.
