Reporting to a highly regarded Sales Director, you'll be responsible for managing the performance of multiple sales teams, ensuring high standards are maintained across each development and helping drive sales results. This is a great opportunity for an existing New Homes Sales Manager who enjoys developing people, improving performance and working closely with senior management in a successful, expanding region
