As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will lead an established commercial team of seven Quantity Surveyors and oversee a business unit with an annual turnover of approximately £40m. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide commercial direction, mentor and develop your team, ensure robust financial control across multiple projects, and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business.
