Busy Bees Leicester Blaby is seeking an Assistant Centre Director to support the Centre Director in running the centre, delivering high-quality play-based learning and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, shape the curriculum, and foster a positive, collaborative environment for staff and families.
The role requires an approved Level 3 qualification in early years and experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity within an early years setting.
