Agincare is recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee CQC-regulated supported living services in Wiltshire and Swindon. You will share operational oversight with the current Registered Manager and line-manage your own team, reporting to the Operations Manager to ensure safe, effective, high-quality service delivery.
We require proven Registered Manager experience, a background in adult social care with learning disabilities or autism, strong leadership, and a flexible approach to hours.
