The Area Manager is responsible for leading the performance of multiple POP MART retail stores across the South of England. This role ensures the delivery of outstanding customer experiences, strong commercial performance and operational excellence while developing Store Managers to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will inspire teams, drive sales growth, ensure compliance with company standards and support POP MART's continued retail expansion across the UK South region.

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams across multiple locations throughout the South of England.
• Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance through effective commercial leadership.
• Analyse store performance and implement action plans to maximise sales and operational results.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across every location.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits and business reviews to maintain operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing Store Managers and Assistant Managers, creating strong succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety legislation, security procedures…
