OMD EMEA in London seeks an Executive Director to drive subscription growth through Connected TV (CTV) advertising. You will own the client relationship end-to-end, lead a team of four digital performance specialists, and work with peers across Planning, Digital, and Marketing Science to deliver an always-on performance programme.
We value a performance mindset, rigour, creativity, and commercial instinct. Direct CTV experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
