The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Swallow Falls Inn, to support the General Manager and ensure our inn feels like a welcoming home for guests. You will lead the team, manage daily operations, and help uphold our standards of service.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager, supervise shift operations, coordinate with Chefs and Suppliers, and handle stocktakes, ordering and accounts tasks. Accommodation for colleagues is provided.
