Evergreen Residential Care LTD is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead and shape a high-quality children's residential service in Leicestershire.

This is not simply another Registered Manager position.

We are looking for an ambitious, values-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people - someone who wants to build an exceptional service, develop a high-performing team and create a home that genuinely changes lives.

Starting salary: £52,000+ per annum
, depending on experience.

For candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
• A strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
• A demonstrable history of achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
• Exceptional leadership and people-management skills
• Strong knowledge of children's homes regulations and quality standards
• The ability to recruit, develop and inspire an outstanding team
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
• The ambition, confidence and commercial awareness to help build an exceptional service
