We are recruiting for three Registered Care Home Manager opportunities across Leicestershire, with positions available in:
- Market Harborough, Leicestershire
- Kirby Muxloe, Leicester
- Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Each position is based within a medium-sized residential care home operated by the same established, family-run care provider.
These are excellent opportunities for experienced Home Managers, or strong Deputy Managers ready to take the next step in their career, to join a supportive organisation with experienced operational and quality support in place.
As Registered Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of your service, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong standards across compliance, staffing, occupancy and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
- Lead, develop and motivate the staff team
- Maintain high standards of care and resident experience
- Support and develop occupancy within the service
- Oversee assessments and admissions for prospective residents
- Manage staffing levels effectively and maintain a stable workforce
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain effective systems, processes and regulatory documentation
- Promote a positive, supportive and inclusive culture throughout the home
- Work closely with the wider operational and quality teams to continuously improve the service
- Management experience within a residential or nursing care home environment
- Applications welcomed from experienced Home Managers and strong Deputy Managers seeking progression
- Good understanding of CQC regulations, compliance and quality standards
- Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of occupancy and effective staffing
- Adaptable, resilient and hands-on leadership style

- Salary up to £45,000 per annum
