We’re looking for a confident and hands‑on Team Supervisor to lead the delivery of cleaning and soft services at Santander's Carlton Park site in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning or soft services supervisor who thrives on driving standards, leading people and delivering outstanding customer service. Working as part of the Arcus FM Soft Services team, you’ll take ownership of operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement across a high‑profile corporate environment.

A key focus of the role will be driving positive change, challenging existing ways of working and creating a culture of accountability, engagement and service excellence.

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of cleaning and soft services operations.
• Drive team performance, accountability and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, health & safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage audits, documentation, subcontractors and operational KPIs.
• Build strong client relationships and provide regular performance updates.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, standards and customer experience.

You’ll be an experienced people leader with a passion for delivering high standards and creating positive change.

• Demonstrate experience managing cleaning or soft services operations within a commercial environment.
• Lead teams with confidence, accountability and a clear focus on performance.
• Challenge poor practices and drive measurable improvements in service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and subcontractors.
• Work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and customer‑focused culture.

• Experience managing cleaning services within a commercial environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH and health & safety requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and service providers.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• BICSc certification.
• Experience working within a corporate office environment.

• Salary: £33,000 per annum
• 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
