Pay Rate: £28,000-£34,000 (Dependent on Experience PLUS shift premium)

We're now seeking multiple Warehouse First Line Managers to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

** Please note the start date for these roles are 2027**

• Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve safety, productivity, quality and service KPIs
• Coordinate daily operational activities across areas such as Inbound, Returns, Pick, Pack and Outbound
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all DHL health, safety and security standards
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support colleague development and engagement
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, performance and operational standards

• Warehouse, logistics or distribution team leadership experience
• Strong people management, coaching and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
• Automation, FMCG or start-up operation experience is desirable.
