HOURS: 37.5 hour week rotating morning one week and afternoons the next etc.
Morning Shift: Mon-Thurs : 6am - 14.05 / Fri : 6am - 12.30
Afternoon

Shift: Mon-Wed : 14.00 - 23.50 / Thurs :
14.00 - 23.20 / Fri :

This is a full-time role for a Lamination/Spot UV Machine Operator located at their facility in Leicestershire. As a Lamination/Spot UV Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination and spot UV machines. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up machines, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues and ensuring production targets are met. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating lamination and spot UV screen applied or similar print finishing machinery.
• Knowledge of print finishing processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• Relevant experience and qualification in print finishing or a related field would be beneficial.
