Manufacturing Assembler / Operator

Manufacturing Assembler / Operator who is able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

We are looking for a candidate who can work in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to work as part of a team but also able to work under their own initiative if called upon.

As a Manufacturing Assembler / Operator you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out duties within the production line as instructed by line manager.
• Adhering to the companies Health and Safety guidelines.
• Provide commitment and support in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, delivery and compliance tasks.
• Working towards lean and continuous improvements in the area.

• Be physically fit able to lift within HSE guidelines and be able to spend much of the shift on your feet.
• Have good manual dexterity for assembling electro / mechanical components.
• Ideally have soldering experience to a recognised standard (J-std / IPC std).
• Be able to read and understand technical drawings & job-related manufacturing documentation.
• Be able to accurately maintain records and have clear legible handwriting.
• Have good verbal & written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be able to multitask and rotate across key processes.
