Our bakery coaches are key to ensuring that colleagues are trained to the correct standards and that we are able to consistently work to a high standard, producing high quality products in a safe environment.
You will be delivering training, checking and signing off competency and keeping accurate records to demonstrate this.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high quality inductions and training around standard operating procedure
- Work proactively with key stakeholders to develop an achievable training plan
- Keep all training records up to date
- Liaise with external trainers and internal colleagues to book required training.
- Support colleagues in completing their Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 Health and Safety training

- IT literate - confident in using Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, excel and word
- Experience of managing and recording detailed tasks
- Good level of Maths and English
- Experience of sharing your skills with others either in a one to one or group capacity
- Health and Safety and Food Safety basic qualifications would be desirable
