Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (Leicester) Salary: £36,000–£39,000 + Overtime Day & Night Shifts Available I'm supporting a well-established food manufacturing business in Leicester that is looking to appoint Production Supervisors across both day and night shifts as part of continued investment in its leadership team. This is a hands-on supervisory role for people who enjoy being present on the shop floor, taking ownership of people, standards and performance, and who are motivated by progression and responsibility.

The business offers a supportive, down-to-earth working environment with clear expectations, visible leadership and a strong track record of developing people internally. The Opportunity Three Production Supervisor roles are available (two night shift and one day shift). You'll be joining a site known for promoting from within and supporting supervisors who want to progress. Shift Patterns & Pay Night shifts are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday.

Day shift is Wednesday–Saturday. Hours are 6:00am–6:00pm (12-hour shifts). Pay is £16.16 per hour with 11.5 paid hours per shift.
