• Lead the production team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production strategies, plans, and schedules in alignment with company objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters.

• Oversee the development and implementation of production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and manage any deviations or disruptions.

• Ensure that all production activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and maintain quality control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production capabilities.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supply of materials and components for production.
• Implement and maintain robust supply chain management practices.

• Work closely with engineering, testing, and certification teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability.
• Provide input during the design phase to identify potential production challenges and solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless production operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the production team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in production management, with a focus on aerospace manufacturing or similar industries.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading production operations and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
