• 2‑shift rotation (days during training, no nights initially)
• £18.30‑£18.45/hr including shift allowance, plus bonus and overtime
• 37 hours/week
• 26 days holiday + 7 statutory days, rising with service

• TIG weld aerospace and industrial gas turbine components to customer specifications
• Perform critical tube welding and vane assembly tasks
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance
• Complete batch cards and documentation
  
  Use hand and air tools and understand basic engineering drawings and method specifications
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality

• Proven TIG welding experience, ideally aerospace or gas turbines
• Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing or engineering environments
• Competent with hand/air tools and measuring systems
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow method specifications
• Strong attention to quality and safety
