Manufacturing Technician Apprentice

The purpose of the role is to train a future manufacturing technician within the Polymer Seals and UK Composites Division. Day to day the applicant will work primarily on the shop floor in production areas where polymer seals for the aerospace industry are produced.

Applicants will be expected to learn the skills required to build seals and also to problem solve and improve production methods. Some desk-based work will be required using computers for instance, to keep records and access instructions and other information. There will be a requirement to attend and provide input at team meetings and problem‑solving sessions.
