Body Shop Technician

Noble Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Bodywork Technician with strong fibreglass expertise to join our team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected British performance car manufacturer, contributing to the preparation and fitment of high-quality body panels prior to paint.

• Preparation of fiberglass body panels ready for the paint shop
• Ensuring accurate and consistent body gaps
• Panel alignment and fitment to a high standard
• Fabrication of small components such as brackets where required
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout the build process
• Working independently and applying logical problem-solving skills

• Proven experience working with fiberglass bodywork
• Strong panel fitting and alignment skills
• Good fabrication abilities (small parts and brackets)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

• Competitive salary (£33,000–£40,000 depending on experience)
