Manufacturing Production, Production Manager
The operation of production machinery and completion of non-machinery tasks, within the quality focused high volume and demanding continuous production environment. You will be exposed to 5S and Lean Principles and will be expected to comply and exhibit behaviours consistent with 5S and Lean.
We are looking for a self-starter, able to be cross-trained on multiple pieces of equipment (high speed and low speed), a team player, organised, and results oriented with exceptional work habits. Physical stamina, flexibility in work schedule, and decision-making ability are also required.
Key Activities Core- Operates production equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all work is produced timely and accurately
- Makes minor adjustments to machines where necessary
- Proactively assists other areas as necessary
- Understand lean manufacturing tools
- Active engagement in all 5s activities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to operate Fusion Insertion machines
- Organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in controlled highly regulated production environment
- Capability of working as an individual and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy
- Demonstrates flexible approach towards working hours and duties
- Effectively communicates with internal team, sharing key information in an appropriate format

- Responsible for the shift rota and booking of holidays
- Advising the Operational Relationship Managers of potential issues within the section
- Provide support and training to other members of the team
