Press Brake Operative – Leicester
Rate: £15–£18 p/h + £1.70 shift premium
Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon–Thurs 3:15pm–1:15am (Back Shift)
We’re seeking an experienced Press Brake Operative to work on large-scale machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.
The Role- Operating 3m and 6m press brake machines
- Bending large sheet metal components
- Working from engineering drawings
- Supporting production targets and quality standards
- Potential to step into a supervisory capacity
- Proven press brake experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with large machinery
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Higher earning potential with shift premium
- Overtime available
