They are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Trainee Woodworker to join their team, with full training provided to become a skilled Veneerer through their in‑house structured training programme.

• Learn and assist in the veneering process under skilled craftsmen
• Prepare wood surfaces and materials for veneering
• Cut, match, and lay veneer sheets to create precise patterns and finishes
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely
• Assist in pressing, bonding, and finishing veneer products
• Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Interest in woodworking, craftsmanship, or manufacturing
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Practical, hands‑on approach
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
