We are seeking a Technical & Pre-Construction Manager to help drive the next stage of our development across manufacturing, installation, and new product sectors.

This is a career-defining opportunity for someone with experience in estimating, technical design, manufacturing preparation, procurement, project coordination, or a similar technical role who wants to progress into senior management and play a key role in shaping a growing business.

Working alongside our leadership team, you will become the link between sales, technical, procurement, production, and installation operations, helping deliver projects from enquiry through to manufacture and installation.

• Reviewing customer enquiries, specifications, and technical requirements
• Producing technical drawings and manufacturing information
• Preparing quotations and cost estimates
• Coordinating production schedules and procurement activities
• Supporting the development of new products and manufacturing systems
• Acting as the link between sales, technical, procurement, production, and installation teams

Dor Wins operates a successful timber manufacturing business alongside an established installation division. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are expanding into other aligned product areas.
