Manufacturing Engineer, £30,000 - £38,000, Leicester, 4-Day Week - Fridays off!

• £30,000 to £38,000 salary + company pension + 25 days holiday
• Permanent days role, 35-hour week, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:15 pm

Join a well-established manufacturer producing high-quality precision components for the aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors.

• Degree, HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Some industry experience through a placement, graduate role or 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• An interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Able to read engineering drawings and work with production and quality teams.
• Keen to learn and develop within a supportive engineering environment.

• Support and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with tooling, work instructions and technical documentation for production.
• Help identify and implement continuous improvement projects across machining and assembly areas.
• Work alongside design, production and quality teams to support new product introduction (NPI).
• Ensure processes are followed safely and meet company quality standards.

This Manufacturing Engineer role is commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Coalville, Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.
