MIG Welder/Fabricator - PM Shift
Pay:
Up to £18 per hour + overtime
Shift: Mon-Weds 2pm-12am | Thurs 2pm-11:30pm | Fri OFF
Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours
We're recruiting MIG Welder/Fabricators for an established sheet metal fabrication business in North Leicester. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with long‑term progression.
Key Duties- MIG welding and fabrication of sheet metal items
- Using presses and rollers as part of the fabrication process
- Occasional TIG welding (advantageous)
- MIG welding and fabrication in a sheet‑metal environment
- TIG welding experience
- 28 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service
- Birthday bonus
- Laundered uniform
- Training available (e.g. First Aid, FLT licence)
- Progression into supervisory/training roles
- Good team culture across multiple areas
