Fabrication Supervisor - PM Shift
Pay:
Up to £18 per hour
Shift: Mon-Weds 2pm-12am | Thurs 2pm-11:30pm | Fri OFF
We’re hiring a hands‑on PM Shift Supervisor for a busy sheet metal fabrication site in North Leicester. The site operates across laser cutting, press brake, welding (including robot/laser welding) and powder coating.
Key Duties- Supervising PM shift production staff
- Hands‑on support across welding, press work, laser machining and fabrication
- Maintaining standards for output, quality and team performance
- Strong full fabrication background
- Proven capability across Press, Weld and Laser
- 28 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service
- Birthday bonus
- Laundered uniform
- Training available (e.g. First Aid, FLT licence)
