Overview
Role:
Powder Coater. Permanent Powder Coater role with a day and afternoon rotating pattern. Pay rate: £14.50 - £18.40 per hour.
Schedule:
Double days; 9 day fortnights (rotate bi-weekly).
Week 1:
Mon–Thu 5:30am–2:00pm (30-minute lunch). Friday 5:30am–1:30pm (20-minute lunch).
Week 2:
Mon–Thu 2:00pm–10:30pm (30-minute lunch). Friday is a non-working day.
- Load products onto the paint line and apply primer and powder coatings using electrostatic techniques.
- Mix paint elements and set ovens for curing.
- Perform post-production quality inspections.
- Use hand and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
