• Proven experience fabricating aluminium curtain walling systems.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising a fabrication team.
• Strong technical understanding of curtain walling systems, drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
