Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Leicester, LE2
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:15pm, Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

Our client is a specialist sheet metal fabrication company providing high-quality manufacturing and engineering solutions to customers across a variety of industries. The company prides itself on delivering precision‑built products, excellent workmanship and reliable service, working closely with clients to meet bespoke fabrication requirements. Operating from a modern workshop environment, they undertake a wide range of fabrication work using industry‑standard equipment and processes, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and attention to detail.

We are currently recruiting experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators for a busy and growing manufacturing company based in the LE2 area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with fabrication and welding experience who are looking for a stable, long‑term position with an early finish every Friday.

• MIG and/or TIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Fabrication work from engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets company standards
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Working independently and as part of a team within a workshop environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience
• Ability to read and work from technical/engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience with in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Reliable with a good attitude towards work and teamwork
