Responsibilities- Leading a skilled late shift team within a high quality sheet metal fabrication environment.
- Hands‑on role for someone who understands fabrication processes, keeps standards high and carries operations smoothly.
- Supervising a late night shift made up of brake operators, welders and laser operators, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently to high standards.
- Ensure targets are met.
- Reading and working from engineering drawings.
- Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, laser cutting and press work.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- A proactive approach and can‑do attitude.
