Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing department, ensuring efficient and safe production schedules.
• Coordinate staffing levels to meet operational requirements, maintaining productivity, quality, and output performance with precision.
• Promote a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Lead and support the shop floor team to consistently achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement operational improvements.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, Factory Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, or Shop Floor Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support production employees effectively.
• Experience in managing production teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
