Our client is a well-established precision engineering company specialising in CNC milling, machining and assembly of complex castings and assemblies. They manufacture a wide range of small to large precision components for customers across a variety of industries, with a strong reputation for quality and delivery.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to lead the night shift machining team. This role is heavily focused on people management, ensuring the team is motivated, supported and working efficiently to meet production targets.

The company is open to experienced Production Managers, as well as ambitious Team Leaders or Supervisors from a CNC machining background who are ready to take the next step in their career.

• Lead, motivate and develop the night shift production team.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Manage day-to-day shop floor activities across CNC milling operations.
