About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a high-performing team within our fast-paced bakery operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives on delivering operational excellence, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement. As Production Manager, you will be accountable for the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of production plans while ensuring the highest standards of quality, service and food safety.
You'll lead Production Area Managers, Team Leaders and shop-floor colleagues, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop Production Area Managers, Team Leaders and production colleagues to build a high-performance culture.
- Deliver daily production plans safely, efficiently and to customer specification.
- Drive performance across key operational KPIs including safety, quality, service, cost, waste and labour efficiency.
