We are currently recruiting a Waste Management Operative for a 3-month temporary assignment based in the LE8 6JL
area. This is a hands‑on role requiring a reliable, hard‑working individual to assist with day‑to‑day site operations and waste processing.

• Sorting, segregating, and processing waste materials efficiently on‑site.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

• Adhering strictly to site health and safety guidelines at all times.

• Operating equipment and manual handling duties as required.

• Punctual, reliable, and physically fit for active work.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.

• Previous experience in waste management, recycling, or general labour is preferred but not essential.

• Must have safety boots
