Monday to Thursday: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM

About the Role

We're currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Groby. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on production experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Working as part of the night shift team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out production tasks in line with work instructions and standard operating procedures
Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Perform quality inspections and report any faults, defects, or non-conformances
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes, tools, and equipment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work to established procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
