Powder Coater
Pay rate: £14.50 – £18.40 per hour
Working Hours:
- Double days: 9‑day fortnight (rotate bi‑weekly)
- Week1:
Mon‑Thu 5:30am – 2:00pm (30‑min lunch);
Fri5:30am –1:30pm (20‑min lunch) - Week2:
Mon‑Thu 2:00pm –10:30pm (30‑min lunch);
Fri non‑working day
- Week1:
Permanent role.
Responsibilities- Load products onto the paint line and apply primer and powder coatings using electrostatic techniques
- Mix paint elements and set ovens for curing
- Perform post‑production quality inspections
- Use hand and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Experience with powder coating and paint spraying
- Understanding of electrostatic coating processes
- Ability to operate ovens and quality inspection equipment
