IPS, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Production Line Leader for our Saint Helens site. You will oversee a fast-paced co-packing and manufacturing operation, leading a motivated team to meet targets and uphold quality standards.
The role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) and requires a hands-on leader who drives continuous improvement while ensuring health, safety and hygiene compliance across all tasks.
