Assembly Operator £12.71 per hour Ardleigh (CO7) - Must drive due to location Full time, temp - perm Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative on behalf of a leading manufacturing client just outside of the Colchester area. The Role Precision Assembly:
Building trolleys and trailers using hand tools and air-powered equipment. Production Support:
Loading and unloading robot welding cells. Manual Handling:
Moving heavy items and materials (full safety training provided). Quality Control:
Conducting thorough inspections of finished products before they move to dispatch. Shifts Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (No Weekend Work) Your Experience/ Requirements Assembly/ Manufacturing

Experience:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is required for this role Practical

Skills:

Comfortable working with your hands and using various tools. Fitness:
Physically capable of manual work and standing for the duration of your shift. Transport:
Must have your own transport due to the site's location and limited public transport links.

Experience:

Previous manufacturing or forklift experience is a bonus but not required.
