As a Production Operative in Deeside, you will support a growing manufacturing business by operating machinery and assisting with product filling processes.
This temporary contract pays between £13.50 and £14.50 per hour, with a rotational three-shift pattern covering days and nights (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00).
Your duties involve maintaining output, following strict health and safety protocols, and upholding quality standards throughout each task.
Prior experience in a similar hands-on position is beneficial, alongside reliability and attention to detail.
You will join a team focused on efficient, safe production, ensuring every batch meets specifications.

- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Supporting product filling and manufacturing processes
- Monitoring production runs to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved
- Identifying and reporting potential production issues or bottlenecks
- Assisting in reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Reporting equipment faults and breakdowns to the maintenance team
- Following all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience operating production machinery
- A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team-working skills and a positive, proactive attitude
