5:00am 1:00pm Monday to Friday Desford The Agency is recruiting for a Quality Operative to join an established manufacturer. You dont need previous quality experience for this role. Were looking for someone with a good eye for detail, a practical approach and the confidence to identify when something doesnt look right. If youve previously worked within manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment, this could be a great opportunity to move into a quality-focused position.

What will you be doing? Working within a busy manufacturing environment, youll help make sure products meet the required quality standards before leaving production. Your duties will include:
Carrying out visual quality checks on products Checking finished products for defects, damage or imperfections Taking basic measurements and checking products against specifications Identifying and reporting any quality issues Recording inspection results and completing relevant paperwork Working closely with production teams to resolve any issues Ensuring products meet the required standards before being released Following site health & safety and quality procedures Helping maintain high standards across the manufacturing process What are we looking for?

Previous quality experience isn't essential as training will be provided. Wed like to speak to people who:
Have a good eye for detail Are comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment Can follow drawings, measurements or specifications or are willing to learn Take pride in doing a job properly Arent afraid to raise an issue if something isn't right Are reliable and comfortable with an early start Can work well with production and manufacturing teams Hours 5:00am 1:00pm A great shift if you like getting started early and having your afternoons free.
