We're looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to lead and support our production team in a busy food manufacturing environment.
The Role:You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the production team
- Delivering daily production targets and KPIs
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, HACCP, GMP and food quality
- Managing day-to-day performance, attendance and training
- Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste
- Supporting smooth production across different areas of the site
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous food manufacturing/production experience
- Team Leader or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP and food hygiene
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands‑on, positive approach and passion for developing people
