Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of bespoke joinery projects across residential and commercial sectors Plan and manage daily production, scheduling workloads, labour and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead the workshop team, allocating work, managing performance and supporting the development of joiners, apprentices and operatives. Oversee quality control, ensuring joinery is manufactured accurately to drawings, specifications and required standards.

Manage materials and logistics, overseeing Goods In/Out, stock control, packing, storage and delivery planning. Work closely with management and project teams to resolve production issues, improve processes and ensure client deadlines are achieved. Managing large projects up-to a value of £750k The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager Bespoke Joinery with:
Must have experience in a production management role, ideally within the joinery industry although would be open to someone with experience with interior fit-out, refurbishment, bespoke interior products or closely related.
