Monday Friday, rotating shifts
6:00am2:00pm / 2:00pm10:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in Corby who are looking for 2 experienced Powder Coaters to join their manufacturing team on a permanent basis.

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing and coating components to a consistently high standard, ensuring finished products meet the required quality specifications.

You will work within a busy manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

• Carry out powder coating to a high-quality standard.
• Prepare components and surfaces prior to coating.
• Ensure the correct application and finish of powder coatings.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Identify and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a wider manufacturing team.

Previous powder coating experience is essential for this position.

• Have proven experience as a Powder Coater within a manufacturing environment.
• Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work.
• Can consistently achieve a high-quality finish.
• Understand the importance of quality control.
• Are reliable, hardworking and committed.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Are flexible to work rotating shifts.
