Avidity Science is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Long Crendon site in Buckinghamshire. This hands-on leadership role oversees the production team, prioritises work, ensures quality, and delivers orders while maintaining safety and efficiency.
You will lead by example, coach the team, and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production delivery. On-site hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
