CNC Setter Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for your next opportunity?

Our client, a global aerospace precision manufacturer, is expanding and looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join their team. The role involves setting and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

The ideal candidate will have strong milling experience, be proactive and driven, and confident with machine set‑ups. Aerospace experience and Heidenhain controls are advantageous but not essential.

Monday - 3pm to 1am, Tuesday – Thursday 3pm to 12:30am

• Set and Operate CNC Milling Machines.
• Read and understand CNC code to the level required for machine set up and operation.
• Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Complete machining operations efficiently in accordance with Job Card instructions to achieve required output levels.
• Use and control of CNC programs in accordance with relevant procedures.

• Experience setting and operating CNC milling Machines, 3 Axis experience is needed.
• Knowledgeable in machining high precision metal components for a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a positive attitude.
