What You'll Be Doing
As a graduate, you will apply supportability engineering principles to the development of concepts and designs for customer service operations. You will gain experience across a number of vital defence programmes providing next-generation capability.

Please be aware that many roles at BAE Systems are subject to both security and export control restrictions. These restrictions mean that factors such as your nationality, any nationalities you may have previously held, and your place of birth can restrict the roles you are eligible to perform within the organisation.

All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.  for more information on national security vetting levels.

What is the application process? The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If you're successful, you'll then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage is a competency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face. Why a BAE Systems programme?
